The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, raised today before the KLP the concern to create more environment for the effective exercise of functions.

Duman has emphasized that up to 6 investigators are in an office and if one of them has to interrogate a person, the other colleagues of the office must go out due to the preservation of the secrecy of the investigation.

For this reason, he requested to intervene and have more facilities necessary to carry out the task.

The head of the Special Prosecutor's Office (SPAK), Altin Dumani, in the report he made today before the KLP, today spoke about the big problem with the offices that this institution has. Dumani said that there are up to 6 investigators in an office at SPAK.

"Up to 6 investigators are in one office. In case one of them has to interrogate a person, the other office colleagues have to go outside due to the preservation of the secrecy of the investigation. I ask you to intervene with the authority that gives you the law so that we have the necessary facilities for the effective exercise of the functions.
