The political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, has released other facts and documents about Plarent Ndreca.

In a statement to the media, Kelliçi denounced that Plarent Ndreca hid his wealth in his statement to the ILDKPI.

Kelliçi also addressed the public question to Ndreca: "What does property number 523 mean in Jalë, Vlora?"

Kelliçi has asked SPAK to investigate these facts.

Belind Kelliç's statement

"As we informed you a few days ago, the Democratic Party would make public serious criminal facts regarding the good soldier Plarent Ndreca.

As part of the Supreme Governing Body of the Albanian State since 2013, Plarent Ndreca has the legal obligation to perform the periodic declaration of assets at the High Inspectorate of Declaration of Assets Control and Conflict of Interest ILDKPKI.

In March 2016, Plarent Ndreca founded the company Domus Nostra, in co-ownership with another citizen, in which he owned 49% of the shares. The object of this company's activity was, among other things, the provision of services for the administrators of the condominium.

To put it more simply for the citizens, this company would manage and train the building administrators, in other words the building patrons.

Exactly when the head of 5D Erion Veliaj started to project and promote the idea of ??the need for the administration of buildings, surprisingly the company Domus Nostra was created, which at the height of this awareness campaign for this need, is licensed with the signature of the head of 5D Erion Veliaj.

Up to this point, the suspicion of favoritism can simply arise for this entity, which never declared balances to the Central Bank and in April 2019 suspended its activity.

But the Group of Experts at the DP has investigated even further. According to the wealth declarations of the subject Plarent Ndreca, which are public and anyone can access on the Open Spending Albania page, in the 2016 wealth declaration, Plarent Ndreca does not declare the shares owned in this company.

The same situation occurs for the 2017 and 2018 asset declarations.

The situation changes in the declaration of wealth before the start of the new task, as Secretary General of the Ministry of the Interior, in 2019, where Plarent Ndreca, according to the document on the screen, declares the shares of the company Domus Nostra, clarifying that the entity has already suspended the activity.

Concealment of wealth is a flagrant violation of the law. Concealment of wealth is a criminal offense, for which today and not tomorrow, Erion's colleagues in SPAK, must urgently withdraw the wealth declarations of subject Plarent Ndreca in ILDKPKI.

SPAK must administer the submitted documentation for the registration of the Domus Nostra subject at the National Business Center and without delay send to the Assembly of Albania, the request for the removal of the immunity and mandate of the good soldier Plarent Ndreca.

At the end of this statement, I have a public question for Plarent Ndreca. What does the property with property number 523 in Jale Vlora remind you of? 

I make a public call again to Erion's colleagues in SPAK, that beyond the humiliation and public discretization that the head of 5D has done to them, find the courage to implement the law by bringing to justice any official, with or without political immunity, who has violated the law and has abused power. The time of using justice as a weapon against the opposition must end!/ CNA
