The former deputy of the Socialist Party, Jurgis Çyrbja, was arrested this Sunday by order of the Special Prosecutor's Office.

This news was announced by CNA after the delivery of the mandate of the deputy from Çyrbja, on October 10.

The former MP of the SP was officially charged by the SPAK for the charge of "abuse of office", one day after he handed over his mandate as the MP of the SP in Durrës.

A report was made against him by the Democrat Edi Paloka for abuse of office during the time when he was managing the Durrës Mortgage.

According to Paloka, the socialist signed two practices for the same property, in two different names, on the same day, thus realizing overlapping property./  CNA
