Foreshadows Rama/ In October extraordinary congress

The National Assembly of the Socialist Party was held this Monday.

Prime Minister Edi Rama gave a long speech where he focused on two main points: tourism and justice.

Rama talked so much about tourism that he himself admitted that it became tiring for those who listen.

After a long speech in which he was proud of the great boom in tourists who visited Albania this summer, he announced the new names of the Socialist Party secretariat as well as the changes in the government.

He also announced that an extraordinary congress could be held in early October where the government on the one hand and the new executive leadership of the party would present their platforms of action.

"We need a comprehensive, exhaustive, mobilizing discussion, which is why I propose to the Assembly as a start the call at the beginning of October of the extraordinary congress, where the government on the one hand and the new executive leadership of the party present their action platforms, then things to be discussed and implemented at all levels of government and the party."
