The head of the Agrarian Environmentalist Party, Agron Duka, says that small parties should take on more roles and responsibilities, as according to him the country needs a real opposition.

In a post on social networks, Duka states that the majority comes burdened with stories of scandals, after a hot summer, more arrests and new processes opened by SPAK.

According to him, the task of the parties that are practically labeled as small, is to take more role and responsibility.

The start of the new parliamentary session is a political event, not just a calendar event that separates one stage from another, but an event that also marks new political developments and approaches. This year, the new session comes with even greater clarifications of the positioning of the parties, majority - opposition.

Mazhoranca comes loaded with stories of scandals, after a hot summer, more arrests and new processes opened by SPAK.

While the opposition deepens the division even further, after the DP formalized the division into 2 or 3 parts, making it even more difficult to fulfill its political mission.

In these conditions, I think that the task of the parties that are practically labeled as small, is to take more role and responsibility. The abuse of the law, the tax money of Albanians and the abuse of the public assets of Albania must be stopped. They must be restrained not by statements in press conferences, but by concrete actions in parliament and outside it. With initiatives aimed at abolishing legal practices that have been established and used by the majority to legitimize the robbery of public property.
