This is because a bear with her four cubs has descended on this village, where temperatures are several degrees below zero.

A resident of the village of Kolesjan, who managed to capture the rare photo, shows the moment he encountered the bear and her cubs.

"I was in the car on my way home. Suddenly, on one of the bends in the village of Kolesjan, I came across the bears. I was shocked and scared and stayed in the car for about 2 hours until they moved off the road and entered the forest. The road where they appeared is the main road. I only managed to take one photo, as I was scared and did not move from the car. I did not manage to make a video out of fear," the resident says.
