Illegality at RTSH has the name Leka Bungo

The Media Commission met today, where the RTSH Steering Council was called to account regarding the violations committed in the elections for the new director of this institution.

The Chairman of the RTSH Steering Council, Leka Bungo, has admitted that there is illegality and a false majority in the Council, attempting to blame the scandals and violations committed by him on the members of the Steering Council, while also attacking the candidates for director.

"I think that the illegality in the electoral process of choosing the new director is obvious. From all the documents, all members of the Steering Council know, they know well, that the selection of a candidacy like Aurora Polo who is a candidate in the race does not meet the main criteria for director. This illegality began a long time ago, proposed by Peza for reasons of opposing the same law, it should not have been resolved. I have had and still have this opinion that there have been deadlocks in our Steering Council that have hindered the work. There have been shortcomings in the process and one of the main responsible ones is me. Although I am the chairman, I only have the keys to the straw in my hand. A false majority has been created that decides even in violation of the law," said Leka Bungo.

In fact, the illegality at RTSH bears the name of Leka Bungo, as there are 5 facts that show that the chairman of the Steering Council is in a clear conflict of interest.

There is a contract that shows that Bungo took money from the institution's funds, which shows the violation and abuse of office that Bungo committed.

He has violated the law and the RTSH statute, he has lied to the Assembly by saying that he has not done any work for 2 and a half years, while the contract shows the complete opposite.

Also, the last violation is the forged signature that after leaving the meeting and not signing, circulates a document that is initially not signed, then is said to be missing and then signed.
