The repentant justice Nuredin Dumani gave his testimony today at the Special Court. Asked by the lawyer whether he gave the testimony when he was arrested by the Elbasan Police, Dumani said that he did not give an answer to the corrupt.

" I have not responded to the corrupt ," Dumani declared.

 

Dumani then said that he had given his wish to the prison hospital.

" When I was arrested, they took me to the Fier hospital, I was wounded. Then I went to the military hospital. Three people, Ardian Çipa, Tonin Vocaj and Kreshnik Ajazi, came to meet me. After the arrest, I made my first statements at the prison hospital ," said Dumani.

 

The repentant Dumani also said that a police officer in Elbasan gave him information about Talo Çela and for this information, Dumani gave the officer 10 thousand euros per month.

" In 2019, a crime boss in Elbasan who was a friend of Henrik Hoxha, gave me information about Talo Çela. Henrik introduced the boss to me, he asked for 10 thousand euros a month ," Dumani testified.

 

Regarding the assassination attempts on Elton Kila, also known as Oti, Dumani said that Suel Çela was interested in his assassination. Dumani stated that he knows Elton Kila personally and indicated that on the day of the assassination attempt, where he himself was injured, he had a machine gun with 200 rounds of ammunition and a rifle, which his cousin had given him.

 

" Suel Çela was interested in the murder of Oti Kila. On the day of the incident, I was alone in the car, when I was shot I was the driver. They shot me from behind. Then I sat in the passenger seat of the X5 car when I was injured. I knew Oti Kila personally, I stayed with him together with my brother. We sold him a car and we bought him a car.

The sale and purchase took place on the same day. On the day of the incident, I had a machine gun with 200 rounds of ammunition and a rifle. My uncle's son gave me the machine gun. I bought the car for the incident for about 5-6 thousand euros, they said it was stolen in Greece, but I don't know ," Dumani said./ CNA
