"We are not here for show"/ Debate in the "Territorial"

At the meeting of the Special Commission for Territorial Reform, hearings are being held with the mayors of the Elbasan, Kukës and Durrës districts.

The session was accompanied by debates between opposition members and the co-chair of the Socialist Party, Arbjan Mazniku.

MP Bledion Nallbati and the DP co-chairman of the Commission, Luciano Boçi, have accused the mayors of avoiding questions and only saying what interests them.

Debate in session:

Boçi: We are not a television studio. We are before the commission, it is a hearing, it is not a show to do it in such a form. Make the submissions in writing. We are not here to make prepared submissions.

Nallbati: We are not gathered here to put on a show, we are gathered for a very important reform.

Mazniku: Each of us has his own opinion and opinion. What is serious is your assessment, others theirs. We give the person the opportunity to finish the sentence.

Nallbati: I asked three simple questions.

Mazniku: In the Commission, people have their own opinion and their own say.

Boçi: Today we are for Territorial Reform, not for show. We are for confrontation, for real questions to be answered. Not as these people think.  /CNA
