Activist criticizes Ndrenika for meeting with Veliaj: He betrayed his colleagues

Activist Andi Tepelena commented today on the courtroom meeting between actor Robert Ndrenika and the arrested mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.

Invited to the show 'Now', Tepelena said that Ndrenika betrayed his colleagues at the height of the protests against the theater's demolition, and according to him, the gesture was related to this event.

"We cannot separate Ndrenika from the context of the theater, it is not an isolated gesture, I see it in the context, how it began and how it ended. All his colleagues were protesting, arguing with the police, while Ndrenika, I call it betrayal of his colleagues, when it was the height of the battle he abandoned the battle in defense of the theater, he betrayed his friends, his colleagues," said the activist./ CNA
