The EU-Western Balkans summit will be held today in Tirana, where the New Economic Growth Plan will be discussed.
But Kosovo will not have any representative at the summit, neither Albin Kurti nor President Vjosa Osmani, but only physically.
The spokesperson of the Government of Kosovo, Përparim Kryeziu, has announced that the Prime Minister of Kosovo will broadcast his message virtually.
He will not be part of the summit in Tirana due to commitments.
"Due to previous commitments, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, will not be physically present at today's Summit in Tirana. However, Prime Minister Kurti will be part of the Summit virtually through a video address", said Kryeziu./ CNA
