Constructions without permission/ Why is Irfan Hysenbelliu not arrested?

Today, IKMT finally woke up after a long time, after a few weeks ago it went and removed the concrete blocks blocking the beach at Malin e Robit in Golem.

He has already gone to free the sandy area, that is, to remove the further blockage that has been made to this beach, without permission without any document. Irfan Hysenbelliu has not submitted the documents to the IKMT for many days, which means that he has built them without permission from the institutions and, moreover, he has blocked the sandy areas for which there is a special law, for rivers, for coasts and for dams. Irfani goes and builds them and for many years he continued the works.

Më në fund IKMT është zgjuar, ka shkuar sot në mëngjes në zbatim të ligjit për të çliruar zonën e plazhit i cili ishte publik, por ishte bllokuar e beton dhe pishinat që përdorte Irfani për të bërë biznes.

IKMT po zbaton ligjin asgje më shumë sesa kaq, por këto inst itucione nuk duhet të mjaftohen thjesht dhe vetëm me prishjen e disa pishinave. Irfan Hysenbelliu duhet të shkojë përpara ligjit si shumë qytetarë të tjerë. Ku ishte Policia e Shtetit kur irfani ndërtonte pa leje, ku ishin institucionet e tjea që duhet të mbanin përgjegjësi?

Irafan Hysenbelliu duhet të arrestohet! Ai duhet të shkojë pas hekurave për ndërtim pa leje në rast se ka një standard ligji në Shqipëri.

Për ndëtime pa leje, policia e Korçës, e Elbasanit dhe Tiranës e kudo po arrestojnë qytetarët për një dritare apo për një mur, ndërsa Irafni është i lirë.
