Miratohet ngritja e Agjencisë Start Up Albania/ Bilali zbardh detajet e vendimit

Ministjra Edona Bilali ka bërë me diej se nëmbledhjen e Këshillit të Ministrave është marë vendimi për ngritjen e Agjencisë Start Up Albania.

Ky vendim vjen në vazhdën e disa ndryshimeve dhe ligjeve që qeveria ka marrë.

Bilali thotë se i pari është ligji për zhvillimin dhe mbështetjen e start up- eve ku është futur dhe koncepti i nomadëve digjital, i cili sipas Bilalit ka në bazë dy ndryshime, lehtësinë  e hyrjes të këtij target grupi në Shqipëri dhe përjashtimin e taksave për një vit qëndrimi.  

Efektet e ndryshimit, theksoi Bilali, po shihen dita ditës me shumfishimin e hyrjeve, qëndrimit dhe ndërlidhjen e tyre me ekosistemin në Shqipëri.

Ndryshimi i dytë madhor nënvizon Bilali ishte vendimi i qeverisë për ndryshimet ligjore dhe nënligjore për parqet ekologjike dhe shkencore duke bërë me dije se e gjithë baza ligjore është gati./ CNA
