Visa waiver agreements with these two countries are approved in principle

By decision of the government, the agreement on the waiver of visas with two countries, that of Nicaragua and Kyrgyzstan, has been approved in principle.

Government decisions

In support of Article 100 of the Constitution and Article 10 of Law No. 43/2016, "On International Agreements in the Republic of Albania", with the proposal of the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Council of Ministers

Set:

The approval, in principle, of the agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the government of the Republic of Nicaragua, for the exemption of visas for ordinary, diplomatic and service passports, according to the text attached to this decision.

This decision takes effect immediately.

DECISION ON THE APPROVAL, IN PRINCIPLE, OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA AND THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KYRGYZSTAN ON THE EXEMPTION OF VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC AND SERVICE PASSPORTS

DECIDE:

Approval, in principle, of the agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan, for the exemption of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic and service passports, according to the text attached to this decision.

This decision takes effect immediately./ CNA
