The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, denied the accusations raised by SPAK against him and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, for the "Partizani" file.

Berisha said that there are no criminal cases for this file and documents were forged.

He stated that the charge against him is political, just like the security measure "house arrest".

Sali Berisha was arrested with the false report of Taulant Balla that the land in the territory of the Partizani club did not belong to the owners after it was expropriated by the Italian authorities. Prosecutors knew this was a hoax because the Official Notebooks of 1942-1943 clearly state that the land was never expropriated, but was placed under requisition for 6 months.

Of the dozens of officials who have signed the documents of the process of recognition and return to the legitimate owners of the land confiscated by the communist regime and before their purchase of the Partizani club facilities, none is under criminal prosecution because they have strictly followed the laws of the country.

Sali Berisha's signature does not exist in any of these documents.

There is no evidence, evidence or document to show that Berisha has asked or pressured anyone to sign even a single document in the process of recognizing and returning the property and the right of pre-emption, in the case of the privatization of the club. Partisan.

In the years 2006-2013, there is no nominative law or VKM approved regarding ownership and privatization. All laws and VKM have been approved for the entire population, and over 500,000 Albanian citizens have benefited from the process of recognizing, returning and pre-purchasing objects from their former legitimate owners without any discrimination.

Among these legal owners, my son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, has benefited from 410 square meters of land belonging to the Partizani club inherited from his family members, among them also those shot by the communist regime.

This legal and constitutional position of the government of the Democratic Party is completely opposite from the position of Edi Rama, who by personalized decision VKM no. 183 gave his brother, Olsi Rama, 37,000 m2, taking it from the legitimate owners in violation of the law; or that through 4 personalized VKM he gave 1 euro to his journalist Karlo Bolino, 4500 m2 of which 1500 m2 the Begeja family and other noble owners had left to the community for the construction of a high school.

Recently, it turns out that with manipulations and fraud, Edi Rama has taken 224,000 m2 of land in Gjipe Canyon, in the name of his mother and family members, his mother, without having any official cadastral document or expropriation by any government.

The development of the private property returned to the five families of the land of the Partizani club was carried out by 3 of their heirs, according to their will and in full compliance with the laws of the country.

All development permits for this property were given by Edi Rama, Lulzim Basha and Erion Veliaj.

None of these 3 private partners have benefited a single cent from the government of Sali Berisha and no damage has been caused to the state.

Sali Berisha was arrested with the claim that he started the privatization process of the Partizani club and changed the destination.

Meanwhile, official documents prove that the privatization was initiated by the socialist government, while the change of destination from a sports ground to a construction site was made by Edi Rama.

In the case of the change of the destination of the Partizani club where the state has not lost a single penny, SPAK has bypassed all the decision-making of the municipality of Edi Rama and has gone straight to the Prime Minister of the country, who was prohibited by the decision of the Constitutional Court he changed them. While for analogy in the case of incinerators where the damage is calculated in hundreds of millions of euros, SPAK-Edi Rama's private prosecutor's office, instead of investigating, accusing or arresting Edi Rama, who contrary to the law and the position against the two ministers, gave the bonus to the unregistered company. They have arrested a city director who made the proposal for giving the bonus!

Today I am going to receive the political accusation and get to know the materials that they have manipulated or hidden in violation of the law to justify their criminal act, the accusation without any proof, fact or document, but only dictated by Edi Rama.

In the four bimonthly reports of the SPAK in court, no evidence was produced and Sali Berisha was not even mentioned by name, while the political justice kept him in custody for 9 months. In these reports, which constitute official acts, flagrant manipulations by political prosecutors Dumani, Kraja, and Millonai have emerged.

This decision without any legal basis against Sali Berisha in the election year, including the isolation and impossibility of activity as a deputy and opposition leader for almost 1 year, is proof that Edi Rama is ready to do everything to prolong the life of his regime. turning political crime into a vote and the vote into a crime.

This decision is also a proof of Edi Rama's views on an Albania without opposition, just like his father Kristaq Rama - the former deputy of Nexhmije Hoxha - who in August 1988 signed the public hanging on a rope of the political opponent, the dissident poet Havzi Nela.
