Jamarbër Malltezi arrives at SPAK

Jamarbër Malltezi, head of the Department of Environment in DP, presented himself at noon this Wednesday at SPAK.

Malltez will be informed of the charge for the "Partizani" file.

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha was also informed of the accusation earlier. The latter was taken as a defendant and charged with "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials", carried out in collaboration.

SPAK claims that Berisha, in his capacity as Prime Minister, favored the privatization procedures of the former "Partizani" complex and that Malltezi was the direct beneficiary.

Meanwhile, Malltezi is accused of "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials", carried out in cooperation with Berisha./  CNA
