The opposition did not allow the majority to enter the parliament to conduct the parliamentary session.
Opposition MPs have blocked the entrances to the Assembly by clashing with the Guard and SP ministers and MPs.
There were also physical clashes between deputies.
A strong debate was the one between Gazment Bardhi and the head of the parliamentary group of the SP, Niko Peleshi.
"Niko, what's up, why do you come here and pressurize? Why do the strong? What about all those reinforcements you brought with you?", one of the DP MPs can be heard saying.
"You have three puppets in the Ethics Commission and exclude the opposition", says Bardhi./ CNA
