Yesterday, CNA.al published the scandal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which has provided a security certificate to the sister of Nuredin Dumani, the assassin, who has been arrested, and is testifying before SPAK for his crimes.

Xhuljana Dervishi, according to the documents provided by CNA.al, was provided with a certificate on 6.06.2022 by the General Director of DSIK, Dorian Tola.

Today, through a press release, the Foreign Ministry rushed to react and justify itself for this scandal.

Në reagimin e ministrisë thuhet se Xhuljana Dervishi nuk është punonjëse pranë këtij institucioni, por ajo është një praktikante, që ka hyrë aty si pasojë e rezultateve të larta. 

Por çfarë thotë ligji?

Reagimi i Ministrisë së Jashtme, më tepër sesa një përgënjeshtrim i skandali, është një mashtrim.

Në ligjin për informacionin e klasifikuar përcaktohet qartë se institucioni përgjegjës (në këtë rast ministria) përcakton personat përgjegjës që mund të jenë në kontakt me informacionin e klasifikuar, e për të cilët duhet nxjerrë detyrimisht certifikata e sigurisë, pas vettingut që gjoja e bën DSIK.

Por kjo gjë  kërkohet vetëm për zyrtarë të shtetit e jo për praktikantë!

Nese kjo është  me kontratë 1 vjeçare nuk ka pse të kërkohet për këtë fare ceritifikatë sigurie.
