Masat për Berishën dhe dhëndrin e tij/ Disa përfaqësues amerikanë mbërrijnë në SPAK

Disa përfaqësues amerikanë kanë shkuar sot në SPAK, dy ditë pasi Gjykata e Posaçme ka dhënë masën "detyrim paraqitje" për Sali Berishën dhe "arrest me burg" për dhëndrin e tij Jamarbër Malltezi.

Të shtunën në mbrëmje me urdhër të SPAK u arrestua Malltezi në aeroportin e Rinasit, pasi akuzohet për korrupsion pasiv të funksionarëve të lartë shtetërorë  dhe pastrim të produkteve të veprës penale në lidhje me privatizimin e kompleksit Partizani. 

Ndërkohë, ish-kryemistri Sali Berisha akuzohet për korrupsion pasiv të funksionarëve të lartë shtetërorë. GJKKO ka dhënë masën "detyrim paraqitje" edhe për ndërtuesin e Fatmir Bektashi për korrupsion aktiv i funksionarëve të lartë shtetërorë. 

Këtë të hënë, në orën 13:30, do të mbahet seanca në Gjykatën e Posaçme për Jamarbër Malltezin, dhëndrin e ish-kryeministrit Sali Berisha dhe ndërtuesin Fatmir Bektashi.

SPAK pretendon se Berisha, në cilësinë e tij si Kryeministër, ka favorizuar procedurat e privatizimit të ish-kompleksit "Partizani" dhe përfitues i drejtpërdrejtë ka qenë Malltezi.

Në tokën e ish-kompleksit "Partizani", Malltezi në cilësinë e investitorit nga shoqëria “Homeplan” sh.p.k., ka kryer ndërtime dhe përfitimet llogariten në shumën 672 miliardë lekë ose 5 milionë euro./CNA
