Security measures for Berisha and Malltez/ The hearing is being held today at the Supreme Court

Today, the High Court is reviewing the request for the removal of the measures of "obligation to appear" and "prohibition of leaving the country" for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

Also, SPAK's request, which opposes the "house arrest" measure, for Jamarbër Malltez, the son-in-law of the former prime minister, will also be examined.

SPAK requests a change in the security measure from "house arrest" to "prison arrest" for Malltez.

On the other hand, Berisha requested the revocation of the security measure. The Special Court has twice postponed the hearing for the lifting of the "house arrest" measure.

The next session at the GJKKO for the DP chairman will be held on March 8.
