The Council of Ministers has decided to dismiss two Deputy Ministers of Infrastructure and Energy, Besjan Kadiu and Ami Kozeli.

The decision was made at today's meeting. The decision came into effect immediately. 

DECISION ON RELEASE FROM DUTY

In accordance with Article 100 of the Constitution and point 2, Article 6, of Law No. 9000, dated 30.1.2003, “On the Organization and Functioning of the Council of Ministers”, upon the proposal of the Prime Minister, the Council of Ministers

DECIDED:

Mr. Besjan Kadiu, Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, is relieved of this duty.

This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette".

DECISION ON RELEASE FROM DUTY
