The deputy of DP, Jorida Tabaku, has sent a lawsuit to the Constitutional Court regarding the law on free professions.
Tabaku said that this law affects a chain of services and is creating problems as some businesses are closing.
"Taxing free professions is unfair. This law affects freelancers. 11 thousand businesses have been suspended. This law differentiates the middle class. Problems in the implementation of the law resulting in the closure of businesses. We are not happy that we warned that some businesses will be closed. It touches a chain of services.
