The Italian media  "La Repubblica" has published an article about the immigrant camp in Gjadër. According to her, the camp in Gjadër is expected to open on September 1.

"The first test by the military engineers, to open only a part of the detention center in Gjadër is scheduled for August 20, the second one that should give the agreement for the final delivery to the Ministry of Interior for September 1. And the departure of the first contingent of 500 people, including the police, the carabinieri, who will have to ensure the functioning of Albania's protocol, is also planned for August 20. Earlier, two other dates were given for the opening, but it is now confirmed that the beginning of the fourth week of "La Repubblica" writes "La Repubblica". 

The opening of the center in Gjadër was expected to open on August 1, but was postponed by a few weeks, due to the unexpected that accompanied its establishment in a deserted territory, while the center in the Port of Shengjin, where the migrants will undergo a verification process, it is ready.

The agreement, which foresees sending to Albania, the migrants caught at sea by the Italian authorities, has been widely criticized by international human rights organizations./CNA
