The candidate of the Socialist Party, Vangjel Tavo, has won the elections for mayor of Himara.
The results published by the CEC show that Tavo received 5022 votes, from 58.62% of voters.
His opponent, the opposition candidate, Petro Gjikuria, was supported by 3545 citizens, or 41.38 of the voters.
The difference between the two candidates is 1477 votes.
