From SPAK's investigations, it has been established and proven that the defendant Memolla, in the partial local elections of March 6, 2022, influenced the electrician Blerim Xhamani not to cut off the electricity of a debtor subscriber, in order to vote in his favor. as well as communicated with him about employment in the Rrogozhin Municipality, in exchange for a vote.
