The re-examination of the stamp case/ Basha attacks the judges

A few days ago, the Supreme Court has decided to return for consideration to the Court of Appeal the issue of the stamp of the DP, which will be judged by another body.

In an appearance on the joint television of the incinerators, Luli Basha attacked the judges chosen to examine the case, alluding that Berisha and Rama put them in the sack.

"As for the court case, as I repeated the call to the judges to act without delay because otherwise this biennial really turns into an undermining of democracy, not just a political party. Thus, I express my complete conviction that from a legal point of view, the Democratic Party has a 100% chance of success in the Appeal. If you have information that Rama and Berisha have put the judges in the sack, then this is a different matter", declared Basha./ CNA
