From the file, the testimonies of Princ Leka and Elia Zahariaj, who gave money to the authorities, have been revealed.

In his version, Prince Leka explains that he wrote home to meet his daughter and faced insults and physical violence from his ex-father-in-law.

"I came to the Police Station to report that today around 15:20 I was in my apartment on Murat Toptani street, royal family residence no. 6, Tirana to meet my 3-year-old daughter, since we are in the divorce process with my ex-wife, citizen Elia Zogu. I first met with the head of the administration of the yard, citizen Syl Mulosmanaj, whom I asked about a closet that was emptied in violation of the agreement.

Then I asked Syla to accompany me to my daughter's place to meet her, for which we have agreed with my ex-wife in a marriage settlement agreement. I went up together with Syle and found my daughter Geraldina Zogu, aged 3 years, who was in the company of her grandfather, the father of her ex-husband, citizen Giergi Zaharia. At this moment, I hugged my daughter and the citizen Gjergj Zaharia started using insulting and threatening words in my direction, telling me how you should change the way when you see me.

My reaction before this situation was to appeal to Gjergji not to offend and threaten, especially in the presence of the girl, and I asked him to leave the room where I was staying with the girl. pushed and kicked my legs. My reaction was only defensive but Giergji continued to hit me and tore my sweater and took a hard object (wooden statue) with which he hit me but I defended myself with my forearm and was hit in the hands with it. then the ex-wife Elia Zogu came, who also started to attack me physically, insulting and threatening me as well.

I tried to get away from this situation, but while leaving, the ex-wife continued to attack me physically and threatened me afterwards, I went out of the yard to leave, followed by the ex-wife, who also continued on the boulevard following me. Then I appeared at police station No. 1 to file a criminal report as I request legal follow-up of this problem", says Leka's testimony.

On the other hand, Elia testified that after returning home, she found her father arguing with Prince Leka, as well as testifying that he pushed her.

After she fell to the ground, Elia says that Leka addressed her with the words: You are an actress, you are doing it in vain.

"I haven't been feeling well for a few days and that's why my father has come to help me with my little 3-year-old daughter and to help me too.

Today I was at rehearsals, I ran home around 3:30 pm and I saw my father's bike overturned, I entered the house on the second floor and heard an argument between my father and Leka, I don't know what they were saying one to the other, I saw Leka who was forcefully pushing my father.

I pulled Leka in order to get him away from my father and I argued with him and pulling each other we went all the way down the stairs at one point when I went outside, Leka pushed me with all his strength until I I lost my balance and fell to the ground, hitting my head, Leka started telling me 'you're an actress, you're doing it in vain'.
