The KPA returns for consideration the decision on the dismissal of the former

The KPA has brought back for review the decision to impeach former prosecutor Antoneta Sevdari, a former member of the KLP, after the Strasbourg Court has given her the right.

The KPA decided today to bring back the case of former prosecutor Antoneta Sevdari for review in a public session, after a request addressed to the College about a year ago.

The judicial panel of the KPA decided to examine the case on 11.03. 2024, 10:00 am.

About a year ago, Sevdari won the process with the government in the Strasbourg Court.

In the decision of Strasbourg, it was emphasized that in relation to the case of Sevdar, there were violations and that the dismissal was not proportionate./ CNA
