The Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime dismissed another appeal of Ajola Xoxa, the wife of Erion Veliaj.
Also, GJKKO dismissed the appeal of the mayor's brother, Arbër Veliaj.
Ajola Xoxa and Arbër Veliaj had requested that the controls of the BKH be considered illegal and without legal cause.
However, the Special Court considered the checks to be legal.
On December 20, GJKKO rejected the requests of Ajola Xoxa and Arbë Veliaja for seizing the phones.
