"He had stitches on his face"/ Lear's mother in tears: He was

Laer Kurti's mother, Fatmira Mustafa, spoke about the premature loss of her son at the age of 32.

In an interview for us24, she said that when she saw her son, she noticed some signs of violence, such as stitches on his face.

"My son had stitches on his face, maybe I saw well, but he was in a miserable condition."

"He was terribly violated", she says.

Asked who might have raped the boy, the mother answers

"All his friends loved him, only the police could have raped him."

Excerpt from the interview: 

Did you have the conversation the night the incident happened?

Fatmira Mustafa: Yes. Lear's friends told me, let's go and we went to the military hospital. When we went there, the man asked and they said we don't have anyone with that name. Then we took the road and went to the morgue. They took me there because they didn't tell me anything."

We remember that Lear Kurti lost his life in police station no. 3 in Tirana, after being escorted by the police.
