The deputy of the Democratic Party, Ina Zhupa, has announced that on June 15, a court hearing will be held at the Constitutional Court, regarding the annulment of the Butrint concession.
Zhupa states through a post on social networks that the President of the Republic, the High State Control and the Ombudsman are together in this initiative.
According to the deputy, on the other side is the government, which supports the implementation of the concession.
"I share with you the good news that the first public hearing for the annulment of the Butrint concession in the Constitutional Court will be on June 15, at 10:00!
Against the concession, the President of the Republic, the High State Control, the Ombudsman have joined us with decrees/submissions/opinions, joining our position.
Only the recipient and grantor of Butrint, the government and the foundation are in favor of the concession.
I have full confidence that this lawsuit will not be treated as a political issue, but as a national issue, in defense of our history, identity and national heritage", writes the MP./ CNA.al
