Activist Aulon Kalaja was summoned today to SPAK for two reports he made regarding the May 2025 elections.
The first report concerns the structured criminal group and the electoral fraud that occurred in relation to the votes, and the second is about the other report he made for abuse of office by members of the Complaints and Sanctions Commission, otherwise known as the KAS, at the Central Election Commission.
"I was summoned to the Special Prosecution Office today for one of the cases I raised.
There are actually two reports related to the elections of May 11, 2025, more specifically in the Durrës region.
The first report concerns the structured criminal group and the electoral fraud that occurred in relation to the votes, and secondly, the other report I made for abuse of office by members of the Complaints and Sanctions Commission, otherwise known as the KAS, at the Central Election Commission.
"Because these issues and the way I was questioned at SPAK is called an investigative secret and I made a statement there and signed it, I cannot give more details than that," said Kalaja./ CNA
