Granit Gjana officially under investigation by SPAK, the accusation that weighs

The former vice-mayor of Kukes Municipality, Granit Gjana, is officially accused of violating equality with tenders. 

Granit Gjana is under investigation after the report by Florian Cungu after he lost 2 tenders worth 21 million ALL. 

The Special Prosecutor's Office has closed the investigations for Granit Gjana and the file has already been transferred to GJKKO, where a decision is expected. 

We remember that he appeared in the video-scandal with the dog tender of Safet Gjic, the former mayor of Kukës Municipality.

In the video published on June 16 of last year, Safet Gjici, together with citizen Alma K., performed a sexual act in the office of the mayor of Kukes.

Afterwards, Gjici talked with Alma K. about the street dog tender and instructed the vice president Granit Gjana to follow the legal steps for the project.

Alma K. went to Gjana's office and received the instructions for the necessary documents, submitted the papers and finally left the Kukes City Hall building with the confirmation that she would receive the tender.
