Balluk's immunity/ Lawyer: Parliament should reject SPAK's request

Belinda Balluku's lawyer, at the meeting of the Mandates Council, requested that the Assembly reject SPAK's request to lift the Deputy Prime Minister's immunity.

According to the lawyer, SPAK must prove the conditions that Balluku is attempting to escape when requesting a replacement measure.

The lawyer also emphasized that Balluku has complied with the measure and has not gone to work, and has handed over every personal document.

"SPAK should prove the conditions it is attempting to escape when it seeks a replacement for the security measure."

He implemented the measure and did not go to work, he handed over every personal document.
