Accused of murder and drug trafficking / SPAK requests the extradition of Ismail

The Special Prosecutor's Office has submitted to the Ministry of Justice the request for the extradition from Spain of Ismail Zeneli. Zeneli is one of the persons declared wanted by SPAK, of the group where Erzen Brecani was also arrested.

The Special Prosecutor's Office accuses Zeneli of being the person who wanted to kill the Nela brothers for revenge because he believed that in 2013 they had killed the brother with the changed name, Xhem Krasniqi, in front of him. The serious crime had taken place in Great Britain. 

Meanwhile, the Special Prosecutor's Office also accuses Zeneli of international trafficking of narcotics since he was involved in several episodes of trafficking carried out by members of this group.

According to SPAK, Zenel's involvement in cocaine trafficking was proven in two episodes that took place in January and February 2021. In the first case, the authorities seized 446 kg of cocaine in the Netherlands and in the second case, 69 kg of cocaine in Brazil.

The movement of cocaine was made from South America through refrigerated containers that transported meat or concentrated lemon juice./ CNA
