Historiania Nevila Lika ka treguar disa nga arsyet se përse dhunohen monumentet nga qytetarë të ndryshëm, duke marrë shkas nga dhunimi i bustit të Mit’hat Frashërit.

Lika tha në emisionin e Erla Mëhillit se një nga arsyet është mosshkëputja nga e kaluara e periudhës komuniste.

Dy arsye të tjera, sipas saj mund të jenë edhe kujtimi i trazirave të Luftës së Dytë Botërore, apo të periudhës së mbretërimit të Zogut.
