The head of the Republican Party, Fatmir Mediu, commented on the tensions in the north of Kosovo, calling for the National Security Council to convene as soon as possible.

Mediu underlines that Albania cannot maintain this unacceptable position regarding the situation in Kosovo, stressing that the deployment of over 5,000 Serbian troops on the border with Kosovo is military aggression, just like Russia with Ukraine.
