Historiani Uran Butka ka kujtuar kohën kur Avni Rustemi hyri në burg për vrasjen e Esat Pashë Toptanit në Paris.

Butka tha në emisionin e Erla Mëhillit se ishte Mit’hat Frashëri ai i cili e liroi nga burgu Rustemin.

Ai theksoi se Frashëri bashkëpunoi me juristë, politikanë, si dhe pati kontakte me shoqata studentore.

“Ndodhi një gjë që nuk pritej, natyrisht. Vrasja e tij nga Avni Rustemi. Mit’hati që ka qenë kundër dhunës, e kritikon aktin e vrasjes, se vrasja nuk sjell asgjë të mirë, e ka të shkruar. Por këtë rastin e vrasjes nga Avni Rustemi, ai e shfrytëzoi që Avin Rustemi të lirohej nga dënimi që ishte përgatitur.

Ai bashkëpunoi me juristë, bashkëpunoi edhe me poilitikanë. Ndërkohë, u lidh me të gjithë shoqëritë studentore të Stmabollit, Rumanisë, në mënyrë që të bënin protesta që Avni Rustemi të lirohej, pasi ka bërë një vepër të tillë për të shpëtuar Shqipërinë nga rreziku”, theksoi ai./ B.A. - CNA.al
