The mayor of Kruja, Artur Bushi, was summoned to SPAK today. According to "Euronews Albania", Bushi has been summoned to give clarifications regarding an investigation launched by SPAK prosecutor, Manjola Kajana, after the report of the citizen Muharrem Hoxha.

Hoxha claims that Bushi and the Construction Inspectorate of the Municipality imposed 3 fines with a total amount of 35 million lek for construction without permission.

Euronews Albania has also learned that 7 reports have been filed against the socialist mayor in the Special Prosecutor's Office, 3 of which criminal proceedings have been registered.

Meanwhile, two others have not been accepted and 2 have been sent for review to the prosecutor's offices of the judicial districts.

Regarding Artur Bush, it turns out that a total of 7 incriminating materials have arrived, of which: Criminal proceedings have been registered for 3 incriminating materials.

For 2 incriminating materials, it is estimated to be sent for competence to the Prosecutor's Office of the Judicial Districts. For 2 predicate materials it was decided not to start the proceedings.
