The entrepreneur and businessman, Gjergj Luca, has spoken about his newest project, which he considers the key to doing things differently for Albania, as these investments will bring money to the country.

The entrepreneur will build another "Rozafa" in the former Sugar Factory in Maliq.

The entrance gate of this "new city" that is being built by the entrepreneur, Gjergj Luca has decided to call it Porta e Nastradini.

In a confession to the journalist Suela Demiri, the businessman known to be an ardent supporter of Open Balkans revealed the details of what connected this project with the name of the entrance gate.

“Dera e Nastradinit përfaqëson në mënyrën më dinjitoze Ballkanin, sepse Porta e Nastradinit po ta shohësh në Turqi është një portë e madhe si kjo me dyer, me hekura të mëdha dhe rrumbullak nuk ka gardh është e hapur.

Kjo ka qenë Shqipëria jonë për 30 vjet. Kanë vënë emrin, kanë vënë një portë hyrëse dhe komplet gardhin që ia vunë për aq vjet e shkatërruan dhe kemi mbetur pa gardh.

Tani sa filluan të hapin tregun për të bërë “Open Ballkan”, thanë, gardhe, ku janë gardhet, vini gardhet. Çfarë gardhesh të vëmë? Ne po bëjmë treg, po bëjmë biznes. Kështu kjo të quhet Porta e Nastradinit.
