The State Police has warned the citizens that due to the bad weather, they should be careful while driving their vehicles.

Through a reaction on social networks, the authorities have appealed to all vehicle and motor vehicle drivers to strictly respect road signs, moderate speed, wear seat belts and not use mobile phones while driving.

Due to the bad weather, there is water in some road segments and in these conditions the risk of involvement in road accidents may increase.

In order to prevent road accidents, the State Police has increased the presence of Police services on road axes, monitoring traffic through smart cars, automatic radars, other logistical means, as well as unregistered means.

The Traffic Police appeals to all vehicle and motor vehicle drivers to strictly respect road signs, moderate speed, wear seat belts and not use mobile phones while driving.

Drivers of vehicles and motorcycles should strictly follow and implement the instructions of the Traffic Police and call the number 112, for the problems they may encounter during the difficult journey due to bad weather.
