Following the reactions of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the political leader of the Socialist Party in the Gjirokastra region, Mirela Kumbaro, regarding the complaints about the condition of the thermal waters of Bënja, the CNA editorial office has received another complaint from a citizen.

A day earlier, Kumbaro described the claims published on social networks as malicious, saying they aim to damage the image of one of the area's tourist destinations.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Rama declared that a public regeneration and Urban Renaissance project is being implemented in Benja, in view of the thousands of visitors and tourists who frequent the area every year.

However, the citizen who sent the footage to the CNA editorial office claims that the situation on the ground is different. The photos and video provided show damaged and tilted lighting poles, as well as other problems in the areas surrounding the thermal waters.
