Ministry emails were sent to Mërtir and Zoto/ Facts about Bllako's

Journalist Klodiana Lala revealed details from the investigative file about the Elbasan incinerator.

Lala has confirmed that dozens of e-mails and communications of the former socialist deputy Alqi Bllakos, the people of the incinerators Mirel Mërtiri and Klodian Zoto have been discovered.

"There are several e-mails exchanged between Alqi Bllakos and Mirel e Mërtiri that have been considered as evidence by SPAK to bring charges against the former deputy", said Lala.

Furthermore, the journalist told News 24 that everything started when the environmental emergency was declared for Elbasan.

Sipas dosjes hetimore, nga burime të besuara të SPAK rezulton se vendimi i Bashkisë së Elbasanit për shpalljen e emergjencës mjedisore, rezulton të jetë përpiluar nga një punonjëse e ministrisë së mjedisit A.TH., e cila ia ka dërguar Alqi Bllakos me detyrë sekretar i ministrisë.

Më tej Bllako e ka kaluar këtë email në adresën e tij private dhe i është dërguar dhe shtetasit Mirel Mërtiri dhe ky i fundit ia dërgon biznesmenit Klodian Zoto.

Nga sekuestrimi i kompjuterit të Alqi Bllakos, i cili shkoi deri në Kuvend si deputet i PS-së, ka rezultuar se Alqi Bllako ka komunikime të vazhdueshme me shtetasin Mirel Mërtiri dhe shtetasit Klodian Zotot, që konfirmon se këta re persona kanë njohje me njeri-tjetrin.
