The Special Prosecutor's Office has requested that within 2024, the new building that has been given to the administration becomes functional.

The head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, in reporting on the budget to the Law Commission, stated that they are working in facilities beyond capacity.

The head of SPAK has also requested funds for employee salaries.

 "It becomes functional only if we are approved for the requested fund. We are already faced with the fact that we have the building in front of our offices, we have it very close. We continue to work beyond capacity, many people in the same office. Also, we cannot approve the approved organization because we don't really have premises where to place our employees" - said Altin Dumani, head of SPAK.
