The chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazmend Bardhi, has spoken about the position that the opposition will take in Parliament.

In an interview for Syri Tv, he said that the Assembly has turned into a private institution where the opposition, even when following institutional paths, finds the path closed.

Bardhi states that they are examining the procedure of how the laws are being approved, and that they will follow every step to oppose that procedure.

"The Assembly has turned into a private institution where the opposition, even when it follows the institutional paths, finds the path closed, even when it goes to the Constitutional Court, the decisions that give rights to the opposition are not implemented, which shows that it is no longer a matter of a institutional path.

It is a political decision-making by Edi Rama to annihilate the opposition in the Parliament and in this form you can no longer follow an institutional path but you will follow a political reaction and the opposition is reacting politically to the denial of its constitutional rights.

We are examining the procedure of how these laws are being approved, we will follow every step to oppose that procedure, which is not legal or in accordance with the regulation and the constitution, so to cover a constitutional violation, on a daily basis the Assembly passes in other violations of the regulation or the constitution of Albania," said Bardhi./ CNA
