Many citizens have protested this Thursday in front of the Ministry of Education with placards in their hands after the serious event that happened in a kindergarten in Tirana.

They asked for more security in private kindergartens, increased staffing in state kindergartens, and demand that unlicensed establishments are no longer allowed to operate.

During the protest, the participants demanded that the woman accused of the violence receive the punishment she deserves.

"Justice for the little girl. Your fight has now become everyone's fight," one placard read.

"Set an example" , says another, where citizens request that such a case serve as a lesson for others.

" Don't touch my children", reads another placard held by a citizen.
