Today, the GJKKO held a hearing for the leader of the PL, Ilir Meta. The hearing has been interrupted and is expected to resume. In a statement to the media, Meta's lawyer, Kujtim Cakrani, stated that the case against Meta should be dismissed for the two charges, CEZ-DIA and money laundering.
"The session has been very tense. It will continue again now, we will return to the courtroom. We will report word for word, because the case must be dismissed for two charges. Adrian Shatku has not been questioned, they have not sent a letter of request to the US to question him.
CEZ-DIA does not exist, that is one of the charges, the other two, lobbying and declaration, non-declaration of assets.
