225 companies members of the American Chamber have complained about the online service of E-Albania, today during a meeting with the Director of Customs, Gent Gazheli.

They complain about the non-functioning of online services.

The chairwoman of the American Chamber of Commerce Tax Committee, Alketa Uruci, said that access to E-Albania for businesses is not working.

"We are all suffering from the online system currently because the system has been established in other administrations since May 1 and there are problems that they are feeling and have not been solved yet," said Alketa Uruci.

Është e vërtetë që rast pas rasti mund të ketë pasur problematika por ju siguroj që kapacitetet përpunuese të deklaratave në sistemin janë rritur kështu që mendoj që në të ardhmen nuk do të ketë problem.”,-tha Gent Gazheli.
