The General Director of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, has written to testify this Tuesday in the Investigative Commission for the interventions in the TIMS system, otherwise known as the "Babale" Commission.

Rrrumbullaku, at the beginning of his speech, said that he is ready to answer for anything, but emphasized that his testimony has investigative secrets

He stated that if the meeting is open to the media, he will only talk about things that are not secret.

"I don't want to have a legal defender, I will only testify. Our request is based on the law on investigative commissions and I maintain that my testimony constitutes a state secret, for reasons that I will explain after the decision of this commission.

We have made available to you unclassified material, but I have a lot of documents with me, the classified information law defines the 4 levels of investigative information.

In the other three levels, the equipment with the respective certificate is required. I am open to explanations on the TIMS system and what it entails. In principle, the TIMS system is spoken. I can't in any case violate the tax on what it includes and what it is for," the director of the State Police emphasized.
