The Italian Prime Minister is visiting our country on Wednesday, to take a closer look at the progress of works with the immigrant center. " Reuters " has devoted an article to this visit, while it is emphasized that Albania is moving forward after the agreement made with the neighboring country.

The authorities at the port of Shengjin announced over the weekend that the data processing center is ready. The works are moving at a fast pace in the former military area of ??Gjadri for the construction of the camp where the immigrants caught at sea will stay.

"Reuters" has received statements from the residents of the area who say that they welcome these immigrants, as they too were once immigrants in Greece.

"I feel sorry for them. However, Albanians do not have money to take care of themselves, let alone others", says one of the residents.

The centers to be managed by Italy can hold a maximum of 3,000 foreign migrants. Italy will pay for the construction of the centers, costs related to security and medical care, at an estimated cost of 650 to 750 million euros over the first 5 years.
